I was traveling to go see my family who lived seven hours away. While I was driving, my hood unlatched itself and would not stay closed. Obviously this is detrimental and dangerous to my trip. I pulled over and found this auto works not too far away and drove there. This guy, unfortunately I forgot his name, came and asked me if I needed help. I said yes and explain the situation. He immediately took a look to me to hold on and then boom fixed it instantly. He didn’t even want me to pay him. He just asked me to leave a review which I was going to do anyway. If you need a quick fixes this is the place they knew what they were doing. I also want to put out there that I went to Ford, the dealership that sold me the car, and they didn’t fix the issue because it happened again. This guy at the Autoworks told me exactly how to fix it when I need it to. He told me exactly what was wrong unlike Ford.
