I have taken my car here before and they did a very thorough and prompt job so when I had an unrelated issue (my hood latches rusted so my hood would not close) I called them and told me to immediately come in, fixed it in 5 minutes and sent me home safely. I went this morning because I was confused about whether my loose bumper needed to be repaired or could be fastened back in. Instead of hunting for business, the staff just fastened the bumper. I was traveling to go see my family who lived seven hours away. While I was driving, my hood unlatched itself and would not stay closed. Obviously this is detrimental and dangerous to my trip. I pulled over and found this auto works not too far away and drove there. This guy, unfortunately I forgot his name, came and asked me if I needed help. I said yes and explain the situation. He immediately took a look to me to hold on and then boom fixed it instantly. He didn’t even want me to pay him. He just asked me to leave a review which I was going to do anyway. If you need a quick fixes this is the place they knew what they were doing. I also want to put out there that I went to Ford, the dealership that sold me the car, and they didn’t fix the issue because it happened again. This guy at the Autoworks told me exactly how to fix it when I need it to. He told me exactly what was wrong unlike Ford. I have been dealing with them for about 3 years and have been happy with the work that they have done on our Prius and Highlander. They recommended a different tire than the Toyota dealer suggested and the Cooper tires have lasted much longer. When I needed something fixed in a hurry they were always able to get the vehicle fixed and did not act like this was a big imposition. I'm finally getting the chance to write my thoughts on Autoworks after having taken in my bright blue Subaru WRX STI many times. I have only the best things to say about Autoworks.

 

Autoworks repaired collision damage to my car.  The workmanship is excellent, the price was reasonable, and they finished ahead of schedule.  Mike went over the damage carefully with me when doing the estimate and explained what was involved and choices that could be made.  I highly recommend calling Mike if you have a need for auto body work.

We had Autoworks come out twice to jump our car. Ryan was the second guy to come out and help after hours. He was extremely friendly and helpful, even offering us some advice regarding our car troubles.
